  1. I was just wondering, whenever I capture something from DV or Hi8 if I had to worry about Deinterlacing and Interlacing when I edit them using Adobe Premiere or if Premiere just detects it automatically. I had footage from a vhs and I transfered it to Hi8, what would this be Deinterlaced or Interlaced?

    Thanks

Unless you somewhere specifically set it up for deinterlacing, it should remain interlaced, and rightfully so. Deinterlacing loses quality.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.
