I have a few bin and cue files that I would like to convert to a DVD compliant MPEG2. I used VCDGear to convert to SVCD but am now wondering if there is a way to convert to DVD without having to reencode or if I have to reencode I would like to know of away to do the conversion using CCE.

    Thanks in advance.

Try bitrate viewer, it should be in the tools section.
