    Howdy!

    I have a NEC ND1100A. Ive updated firmware. I have Nero, WinRip and Roxio CD Creator 5 installed.

    I have a 4.6GB filename.tar.gz file. I want to just make a copy so I can send that file to a friend.

    In Nero, it says I have to use UDF format because the file is >2GB in size but I can't find a way to select UDF format within my version of Nero (5.5.10.42).

    Can someone tell me the best/quick/dirty way to get this accomplished. I don't need menus, conversion or any of that other stuff. I just want to send somne data to a friend.

    Last I checked, max for a DVD-R or DVD+R was 4.38GB (the "4.7 gig" is not what we consider 4.7 GB).

    Your file won't fit anyway.
