  1. Please tell me where I am going wrong with my attempt to burn a DVD:

    converted an mpg4 to m2v

    The m2v gave me an .aif file and a m2v file

    Went to Studio Pro and added a track putting the aif file into the m2v file

    Then used "Build Disc " setting

    Made a folder and put in the Audio_TS and Video_TS folders

    Opened Toast....used"DVD" setting to burn folder

    ================================================
    Clicked open new toast image
    Attempted to open as a DVD
    Mounted Image only

    If your process made a "dvd image" then you dont need to do this part

    "Made a folder and put in the Audio_TS and Video_TS folders

    rather, go to DISK IMAGE and rag the image into toast. It will say its buring the image (and whatever is in the image is what gets burned to the dvd)

    hope that makes since

    Make sure in DVD Studio Pro you make that first track your startup item. Otherwise the disc will spin up, find no first play item, then spin down. Technically thats what you told it to do.

  4. Galactica: Your suggestion taken, but all it did was give me two images (audio-TS & Video_TS) upon opening.

    whats in each of the images??
    maybe you can just mount the images, make a new folder and drag the items you need from both images to this new folder, then burn that.

    not sure why its doing this (but i dont do much with these programs)
