I have Ravisent CineMaster / CinePlayer 1.0 pre-installed on my Gateway PC running Win 98SE, and have recently upgraded to Win XP.
I now get the error message that a DLL (cinmst32.dll) is missing, but it seems that Ravisent are now owned by Sonic and don't support this.
Is there another way of getting this to work, or should I load Sasami or something like that? What DVD playing software (preferably free!) is particularly good?

they stilll support and even sell cinemaster --- look on thier website .....
unless your refering to a old version of cinemaster - in that case , just re-install it ..
but there are FAR better apps -- powerdvd or windvd -
But if I've read it correctly - you can't just upgrade your drivers, you need to get a new application? Seems a bit excessive when every other piece of software that I've needed to upgrade didn't charge me for the privilege!
Thanks for your tips on the alternatives!
