this may have been covered before, but times have changed with newer and cheaper players. Well I'm looking for a decent player (under $250) thats plays SVCD's and maybe some DVD-R's. I have narrowed it down to the 4.2in Initial Player, the Apex PD-10 (5.6 in), and Mintek 5860 or 5861 (5in both). So far I like the Initial player best, but its only in walmart, and theres no walmarts in NYC!
ANY IDEAS, SUGGESTIONS, COMMENTS would be very useful for me and many others.

If ya wanna pay just $30+ more( taxes ya know) then get the initial player with the 7inch screen for $278...and u still get all the same
accessories as the 4.2in
