Hi ALL, posted couple of days ago regarding this but still not clear. I've read through the guides but still confused. Which tool/how do I get my tmpgnc created dvd mpeg to burn as dvd. I normally use nero for vcd/svcd. I'm, sorry for appearing a bit thick but this my nightshift week lol.
Cheers.

Ok,, in steps
1: Prepare your MPG-2 in TMPGEnc and save to any folder.
2: In TMPGEnc DVD Author click on New Project.
3: Click on Add File- look for your MPG-2 and choose it.
4: it should now be ready to edit - Create Chapters and such - after you are done Click OK.
5: Create Menu - here you choose through the various Templates and add text Titles and choose fonts, colors and size. Unfortunatelly nothing can be moved of resized! You can also choose how you want the DVD to play. Either direct play or start with the main menu.
6: CLick on the last TAB on the top right , I forget what it is called but this is where you will encode the whole thing to DVD complient AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS folders so choose a location for these two folders will be created and saved.
7: CLick to begin the enocding process and go have some coffee for about 30-40 mins.
8: Once it is done, you can close the prog and it will ask you to save it. What it will save is the Authoring instructions so you can open the "Project" at a later date and re work it.
9: Go to Nero ( the latest ) Choose DVD / Other Format / DVD-Movie.
10: You will see the two AUDIO / VIDEO _ TS folders on the working spave in Nero.
11 On the right side ( Explorer side ) of nero, locate the VIDEO_TS folder and OPEN it. Choose and drag all of the files that are inside the VIDEO_TS folder you created and move them to the corresponding folder in NERO. DO not move the actual folder, just the files from one folder to the other. VIDEO to VIDEO.
12 Now make sure you have chosen yoou DVD burner as the default drive and click on burn. At 1x it ought to take about 1 hour to finish burning. Dissable all virus scaners and Screen Savers during burning. May prevent burn failures. DO not use the computer during burning.
Hope this clears it all up for you.No DVD can withstand the power of DVDShrink along with AnyDVD!
