Hi,
I am still researching this dvd recorder purchase and I am want your opinion. I need to know what type of Disc I should record on for the best compatibility DVD-R, DVD+R, DVD-RW, OR DVD+RW ?
I'm want to transfer some old Homemade vhs tape's to DVD and some DVD-R's ( I'm pretty sure they are -R's) a friend has of some tv shows.
So what is my best bet for compatibility in the most amount of players, and I could also use some suggestions on a good quality recorder that doesn't make dvd's that have compatibility issue's too (like I heard some Panasonic's have). I also noticed that at my local Best Buy all but one record on DVD-R and the Philips records on DVD+R, suggestions? ? ?
Thanks
