I have a problem DVDX 2.2. When I go to file then select the longest IFO file it does not encode the whole movie. It only encodes a very small part of it. Would anyone have suggestions as to what I could be doing wrong?
I am trying to create a VCD from a REGION 3 DVD.

I have used DVD2SVCD in the past but some of my friends dvd players can not play SVCD's. I don't want to use EAZY VCD because that program does not do subtitles. I would appreciate any advice on this matter. Thanks in advance!

    Budz,
Have you used this program before, or are you just trying it for the first time? I don't want you to think I am asking you a dumb ? if I ask "Did you click on "Whole Movie" or whatever it says on the Output Settings page. It defaults to, I think, 10000 frames. I have it running in the other room, and by the click, it is something like 145000 frames, a 97 minute conversion.
I like the prog. It is running at approx. 1/2 real time, ie, 55 minutes encoded, an hour 55 elapsed time, VCD, at 2000 kbps, will just fill 2 CD-Rs. I think the result is more than adequate, and it plays on my machine, no prob.
