Change region code to LG DVD 5922P

I have an LG DVD model 5922P. It has been factory programmed to accept only region 4 DVD's. I am trying to change the setting to accept all regions and have followed the instructions applicable to model 5822P, (ie Pause , enter 314159 etc). My DVD does not recognise those instructions for that model as nothing happens after I press the pause button. Is there any out there that can further assist. Thanks

go to the dvd players section and look for lg 5620.
theres a hack there that involves putting a file on cd and placing it in the LG,whereupon itll make it region free,with a button press.
i used it and its perfect,even worked on a problematic LG 5xxx player from woolworths.
its easy to do,just drag and drop in nero and there ya go.

Tried as you suggested by downloading zip file. Still no success getting it to change region code number. DVD recognised disc as MP file and the message on the machine read as "No file" Screen on TV stated no MP3 file?

An y further clues????????
