    Is there a program out there that allows you to view the content of the VOB files on a DVD without ripping them to the HD? I always use DVD Decryptor to rip and VOBrator to check the content. Both work fine, but I'm just wondering if there is an easier, faster way...

    you could use your software DVD player and play the vobs directly. winDVD has a windows explorer-like function where u can play individual vobs that you choose.
