Why, when I encode with TMPGEnc. And when I play the MPG file, the movie keeps glitching? Please help me out someone. I'm ripping Spykids.

define glitching please... try to explain what the movie does... like does it have line or blocks in it... does it shake like they filmed the movie in an earthquake???

well, it repeats what the person does. such as if a person would wave it hand, it would repeat it and move on to the next scene. and so on..
but i think it's just another protection on the DVD (SPYKIDS). because i tried "DRIVEN" after i tried SPYKIDS and it worked perfectly the way i wanted t to be without changing the settings.
thanks for reponding though. -
yeah, i dont know what that would be... you might want to check and see if it has somethin to do with the dvd having a weird fps than most... another possibility is that you need to switch the field order in tmpg.
