how come when i go to make a dvd with 3 mpegs that don't even add up to 1gb come out to 5.4 gb ?!! it does this on all programs why ?!!? how do i make them so they fit please help....---Roxio and Ulead dvd fac. 2---![]()

ya i kinda figured that...but thanks....its just i have had a dvd burner for a few months now........not one dvd made

You're only one click away from having it work. In the settings box at the bottom left of the screen, you need to check off 'Do NOT convert compliant video', or something similar.
My guess is you have a bunch of VCDs that your trying to add to a DVD. Completely valid. Once you check this off in MF2, you should see the correct size estimate. Of course, if it is VCD (or anything else not 48k), MF2 will still need to convert the audio from 44k to 48k for DVD compliance.Have a good one,
