    Just picked up a pack, didn't look like they carried very many, and what they had was already picked over. Not a bad deal for TDK.

    I just got back from buying 3 packs, I was getting a 25 pack from BB for 50$ but this was a better deal.

    @mybook4,

    The -R are 2x, I think the +R are 4x but I could be wrong. I bought the -R.

  5. If you people would have read this yesterday you could have jumped aboard. There were about 15 left and I bought them yesterday and walked in today to price match . I posted this yesterday.

    The -Rs are 2x. They did not seem to even carry the +Rs at the store I went to.

  9. ah, wish I saw this post yesterday. Stopped by BB earlier this morning and picked up a 25 pack for $49.99 (grrrr/). Just got back from the local Target and all the -R's were sold out.

    I just got 2 of them. Great deal. I purchased a 20 PK 5 weeks ago for $45, but I simply returned it and bought it back for the new price. The old one I had contained a sticker on it (looked like it was added) that said made in Japan. But all the new ones say Taiwan. I would rather pay $1.50 a piece for TDKs than the new Verbatims which were $1 each @ the Office Depot Sale although I bought some of those to.

  11. Hmm...

    I bought a DVD-R pack to test out. They play on everything even my shitty ass Philips DVD player made in '97.

    The only issue I have is that when I bend them slightly, they make a creaking noise. Is this something to be concerned about? Anyone else face this issue?

    Thanks

  12. Anyone know whether Target in Australia stock these TDKs? They sound pretty reliable...

    Cheers,
