    Hey, just wondering if you guys knew which cd rom was fast for ripping music or burning direct. i have tested a few out with really terrible results, so i just use my liteon dvd rom for ripping and it seems to be incredibly fast...just asking for suggestions..thanks.

    No idea on cd-rom drives but I asked the same question on the fastest dvd ripper.
    Result = lite-one.
    And yes, it's superb.
