looking for a dvd player that will play;

vcd, xvcd, svcd, xvcd, cd-r, dvd-r, dvd-rw, dvd+rw, dvd-rw, & svcd's converted to dvd though svcd2dvdmpg. must also convert pal to ntsc.

i dont want an apex though.
