    Is it possible to prevent powervcr breaking large captures up into multiple peices (I think they're cd size chunks.), I just want to record/capture to one single mpeg file, I'm not bothered if it becomes 3 or 4gig in size.

    You have to run regedit.

    find this in regedit MaxRecSizeMB double click on it. Click under base "Decimal" then change value data to 9999.

    There are 2 occurences and both have to be changed.

    I found this last week by doing a search on this forum.
