Can anyone here help me out with this. What i'm trying to do is put a button on a website and when someone clicks it i need it to direct their browser like a link.

whats wrong with this?what do i need to add, take out)

why not just
<form><INPUT TYPE="button" VALUE="I AGREE" onCLICK="window.location.href='http://www.google.com';"></form>

THanks! I'm new to <form><input> functions and most guides for those are confusing and incomplete.

I found their guides pretty easy to follow and they explain stuff in plain english.
