When you change a video from 23.976fps to 25.000fps then the video plays "shorter" than it did before the change. You are increasing the playback speed so the audio also has to be sped up to play "shorter" and match the video.

BeSweet and the BeSweet GUI will do this correctly. However, you have to use latest BETA versions of both as the current STABLE versions do not work correctly.

I have only done the reverse myself (25.000fps to 23.976fps) with no problems but I have heard that BeSweet works fine when doing what you want to do (23.976fps to 25.000fps). Like I said make sure you get the latest BETA versions and make sure you are using the NTSC ---> PAL PRE-SET which already has the frame rate change indicated (don't use the area of the BeSweet GUI where you type in the fps values yourself).

    There shouldn't be a problem.

    P.S.
I've used BeSweet to do PAL to NTSC using an AC-3 file as a source and a WAV file as a source. It can do AC-3 to AC-3 or AC-3 to WAV or WAV to WAV. I can't get it to do AC-3 to MP2 though. In a case where I need MP2 I just make it create a newly corrected WAV then feed that through TMPGEnc while doing the video to get my MP2 audio file.
