now with 0.0.7a all movies are corrupted

0.0.6 worked quite fine - but the new version creates movies (with mencoder and ffmpeg), that are corrupted. Quicktime cant open them and DivX Doctor has as result "Error -50" (?)
Only vlc is able to play the files (but hangs up at the end).
Whats wrong ?
Its a German OS 10.2.6

The latest version is v0.0.7b

mencoder is an external component, so it encodes the same in 0.0.6 and 0.0.7. Check which binary version you have installed.
