Problem burning with Ulead DMF2

I did a search of the boards but couldn't find anything on this. I'm converting some MST3K episodes from Divx to DVD for my nephew. I converted to mpeg-2 with TMPGEnc/Virtualdub. I picked up DMF2 and everything seems fine until I get to the point where I click "output".

If I select "record to disc" only, the progress bar moves but the DVD drive light isn't and it's not burning anything. I can even eject my dvd-rw and the progress bar continues, and you can tell the disc hasn't been spinning at all.

The movie previews in DMF2 just fine, btw.

If I choose create DVD folders, I get VOB files but no IFO's.

Has anyone experience burn problems with DMF2. I've tried with chapters and without? I've tried "quick eject" and without "quick eject".
