I make my movies pause indefinitely at my home made title screen. To start the movie I have to press the NEXT key. If I use the PLAY button it just replays the title still even though I authored the movie to start with the play or next buttons.
    Works fine on standalone.

  2. Hey scottb721,

I'm curious to how you make PowerDVD software play SVCD. I have version 3.0 of PowerDVD and I think it does not play SVCD at all...What version do you have and do you know if version 3.0 will work?

    Thanks
    -Peter

I have PowerDVD XP 4.0. I would have thought 3.0 would have played SVCD's for sure.

PowerDVD doesn't play SVCD or even VCD, not from my experience. Try WinDVD.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.

My PowerDVD definitely plays SVCD's and VCDs.
I find it especially useful for loading my SVCD bin/cue into a virtual drive then playing in PowerDVD to make sure my menus function correctly before commiting the movie to disc.
