Hi (Hope this is the right forum for my questions)
If I rip a DVD to my harddrive and want to remove certain scenes from the movie what kind of tools do I need and how do I do? After deleting the scenes I want to burn a new "my directors cut" DVD.

I was wondering the same thing.
how about making a R-Rated movie a PG or a G movie, or
taking out the accion part of a movie and show it to your friends for aprils foos day.
Thanks, in advance. -
Kind of a crude method (but free), but couldn't you just add the main movie a couple of times in reauthor mode in DVDShrink and then "cut" the first file at the point you want to begin the edit, then "cut" the second file where you want the scene to begin again? You lose menus, and won't be able to hear the sound transition while editing, but it sounds like it would work.
