Capture with PowerVCRII-File not play in DVD Player

Hi !
I'm using PowerVCRII to capture (MPEG2 quality) from DirectTV and using Nero to make SVCD ... well the disc play fine on the computer and when i play on DVD standalone ... the picture moving every slow, like slow motion or some.... so what do i need to do with the *.mpg files to make it play on DVD Player .... Thanks alot

Is your set top DVD player capable of playing SVCD? Or it could be Nero re-encoded it incorrectly.

Yes, my dvd player can play all type of disc ( SVCD,DVD-R...)... It happen with Inter Video WinDVD Recorder too ......

I hope the problem has been sorted after vnpn private messaged me.
The problem as I saw it was the wrong capture settings.
This has been resolved through capturing at a higher bitrate and encoding to SVCD using TMPGenc.
