Sorry this may be posted here somewhere but can't find it.
How do you find bit rates for both audio and video in VOBS so that an MPEG2 (i.e. .mpg file extension) file with the same quality can be made?

Hey, try using DVD Decrypter (Windows) DVD ripping program. Run it in "File" mode, select one .VOB file, RIGHT-click the mouse and select "stream processing". You should see the video/audio properties of the DVD including the bitrate. ( These steps are for mostly for version 3.0 or higher, but version 2.4 works differently. )
