Audio sync problem Blade 2 part 2

Jeez you guys im so stuck

OK donwloaded blade 2 from winmx, part one worked a treat once i worked out that the audio was ac3 part 2 however is giving me sync problems and im not sure why, i thought ther was a problem with the video but ran it through Virtual dub direct stream copy on the auio and video and stayed exactly the same.

Anyhow extract the audio using virtual dub to a file Blade 2.ac3 which becomes Blade2.ac3.wav remove the wav extension so it is a ac3 file(blade2.ac3)
then the tricky bit i have to framerate the conversion from 23.97 to 25fps so initially i used Besweet and converted to wav then to mp2 did the same with the film, converts no problem, no errors nothing, then made my final mpg with mp2 audio, Got sync problems.

Tried using headac3he to convert to wav file then to mp2 using besweet, same problem.

Tried using besweet straight from 23.97 ac3 to 25 fps mp2, whatever i do i get this sync problem, is it possible there is a problem with the video, because i did not have this problem with the first half of the film

You can find many articles/previous posts and threads on converting between PAL and NTSC-FILM framerates... It is suggested that you just speed up the video and then use something like CoolEdit to change the length of the audio to match...

However, please follow the rules in the future and do not discuss activites that are clearly a breach of copyright.
