I have been using GSpot to see what format a video is in but I am wondering if there are other programs that give more info?
I am trying to view a movie and it says video codecs are installed but all I get is sound and np picture. Any ideas?

G Spot is one of the better ones, but you could also use Virtualdub and open up File Information

MovieID is a decent choice. Just drag the video onto the MovieID icon and it will open up a Notepad window with the info.

Side note: If you know your way around Windows, I recommend that you put a shortcut to MovieID in your "SendTo" folder.. saves a lot of time in the long run if you use this as often as I do...
