Find MMS for video?

Trying to download this video:

I tried using URLsnooper2 to find the MMS but keep coming up empty handed.
Now I'm still learing with this so.... I'm going to say that this video is in FLV format.
Is that correct?

... usually when the player looks like that its Flash, if you right click on the video and it shows you the usual flash dialogs its a flash video. This doesn't have to always be the case as I have seen flash implimented players for other codecs.

UrlSnooper.

Seriously. It was listed at httpflash link or something like that. I use URL Snooper when I don't want to run a full protocol analyzer and do the work myself since they work the same way.

using urlsnooper, i think the url i am after is an "rtmp" one.
now if that is the one i want, will it work on vlc?
i can't seem to make it work.
