need help regarding a purchase over a month ago

I need help regarding a purchase I made over a month ago. I brought a win tv-pvr from buymirco. but that was over a month ago it was send out last august 28, 2001 and now its a week before the date. I know know if this sotre has rip me off or what cause everytime I email them they always sent me the same message check on their site. it says they would send via fedex, ups or dhl but they send it to me using ems. I use about 14,000PHp of my 2 month hard earn money and now I have nothing to show for the amount spent. I need help to know whether or not they truly did sent out my package or not or they just gave me a tracking number for someones else package and saying its mine. I am concern if it was sent via ems it would be at least a week before I receive it. but this is the 3rd week and I am now desperate to see if I can either get the card or at least get my money back cause I just check with the bank and the bank says that the other party should agree to pay me back.

This is why many people are afraid of doing shopping on the internet. This is why I recommend sticking to a reputable website. Ring up the delivery company with the tracking number and ask whether they can tell you what the package was. If it was a different package then go to the website and show them this. If they are half decent then they should help you out and send another one(or send you one). Contact them by phone also. It is harder for them to win if you do it by phone. If they still havent done anything about then go to your bank with the evidence and they should give you a charge back. If you ring the delivery company and they cant recall what the package was I would wait another 1 to 2 weeks then if it hasnt arrived do the steps mentioned above. Just remember to have all the evidence such as when you rang them, copies of emails you sent them and recieved from them. Also on the phone to them tell them you are going to get a charge back. Most of them dont wish to have a charge back tarnish their record. Email me if you need any more information
