The new "4X DVD Pro" DVD-Rs are supposedly (according to the e-tailer's web site) new and improved.
I am fairly certain that they are manufactured by Princo.
Has anyone tried these?
The price is hot, but I want my discs to last...![]()

If you want your discs to last I wouldn't use Princo.
Do a search in the forum for Princo - Bad - Media and read away~~~Spidey~~~

I second that...
Stay away from Princo.... I don't care if they ever re-formulate their product... I will never by them again. Everything I burnt on their media has struggled to be read by NEW and OLD DVD-ROMs and DVD Players...
Go with QUALITY... not PRICE.

Thanks for the feedback.
I know that Princo have traditionally been near the bottom of the barrel
as far as quality is concerned; that is why I asked:
I thought maybe these were better (reformulated) since the site claims they are much better.
Companies have been known to improve (or worsen) products greatly with new generations...
