I simply need to capture in AVI uncompressed, 320x240 ...
I'm currently using an ATI all in wonder but the quality isn't that good...the avi's are kind of blurry and darker than the original DVD's I'm capturing...
So what is the best card to capture in AVI uncompressed, 320x240, and which offers lots of options to adjust the image quality...

First of all, the image is blurry because you are capturing at 320x240 and you can adjust the colours so that they aren't as dark. I use an ATI AIW also and have had no probs. Try capturing in virtualdub if you aren't using that.

I have a cheap Avermedia ($30) Capture card. I use the sourceforge drivers. (Not the ones from Aver). And I use VirtualVCR to do my caps.
I'm not sure if it's the drivers, or the app, but I can definately adjust the colors before I capture, and even if I capture uncompressed.
As far as blurry goes, old card?
