Roxio
is an evil company. Believe me, I know.
One of the evil things they do, in addition to the infamous audio sync bug in VideoWave, is to now require people to register to be able to access their forums, wherein lie countless ignored tales of bitter disappointment. Be sure to use a throw-away email address when you register, because they sell them to third-party spammers. But once you do register, try my above link again, and you will be taken to just one of the many epics of woe and despair. -
tell us.....what makes them evil!
"Some people see things that are and ask, Why? Some people dream of things that never were and ask, Why not?" -
Ask anyone who bought VideoWave and tried to to make a video with the audio in sync. Roxio acknowledges the audio sync bug exists, but have stiffed their customers for years. Go to their VideoWave board (link in my previous post), do a search for "audio sync" and see for yourself.

Video Wave was an EVIL application before ROXIO..
My VERSION was from MGI
and it had the audacity to eplace my MPEG-2 playability on the computer with a MGI VIDEO WAVE non-feature.
Everytime I went to play a clip with MPEG-2, DVD or FILE, an error message prompting me to put the MGI disc in the drive for FEATURES that were not installed (i installed everything!!!!!) and it would load something fom this shitty disc every time to be able to play MPEG-2...This never fixed itself till I REMOVED VIDEWAVE completelywhat a joke!!
NOT TO MENTION OUT OF SYNC if you used the application. -
Roxio took a good program like EZ CD Creator Pro 4 and turned it into the crash-happy 5 and now 6. Their ASPI layers suck, and just general overall issues with anything made by Roxio. They make Microsoft look good. They've botched up several items they've bought up. But I won't miss Napster or Pressplay anyway. More stuff I'll never use. Let them have at it.
I'm not online anymore. Ask BALDRICK, LORDSMURF or SATSTORM for help. PM's are ignored.
