I'm wondering if anyone has had a similar problem
I logon to the Pinnacle forum and it shows me all the different forums and the fact that there are a whole bunch of new posts. However, It does not show me any of the specific topics let alone view the thread. I have enabled cookies but that did not help.
Is there another setting that needs to changed?
Please help.

Where on the Pinnacle forum are you starting? I found it very confusing at first to navigate, try starting at this link:
http://webboard.pinnaclesys.com/default.asp
For some reason the link off their main page sent me in some crazy wild goose chase. -
Tell me exactly steps, which forum (product), and exactly what is happening and I will try to repeat it. Writes with assumptons that I am stupid
and need to know "clicks"

Ok i start at < http://webboard.pinnaclesys.com/read_forums.asp?WebboardID=1> , login to the board, and go to Studio8 Technical Support: Edit. All I get on screen is the webboard showing 15 lines all with 'new' in red but no description of what they are, I can get no further in viewing posts or threads. Also like a dummy, I hit 'mark all posts as read' and now there are no 'new' listed, only a blank description box.
Can you help me figure this out?
Thanks -
Interesting. I can see descriptins and I followed your steps.... Hmmm.... What could it be ?

For anyone interested, the problem turns out to be Norton Internet Security.
If NIS is disabled, all topics can be viewed just fine.
