Are there any other ways to edit/fix bad frames other than masking? For example, I have several anime .avi files with bad frames due to missing/corrupted transfers, i.e., random blocks during scenes in the video. Is there a way to go in and "brush" the blocks away, or manually "photoshop" it out or something along those lines?
I would imagine something like Adobe Premiere or Sonic Foundry Vegas could perhaps help, but are there any simpler ways, any freeware methods, any tutorials/threads to recommend?
Thanks in advance.
