I am having problems converting audio from an AVI, after I rip the audio out( Full Proccess Wave )
It does not match the video source, the Video has no errors and is in sync when played.

ok, i guess it had bad frames,
i scanned with vdub mp3 freeze,
i resaved as AVI but bad frames r still their, what do i do ? -
You can't just save the Avi to remove the bad frames like in regular Vdub. You have to edit the frames manually after scanning. There is a log of the bad frames in a file on your HDD, you use that to edit the frames with VDub-MP3. Here's a guide: https://www.videohelp.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=142555
