    try DVD Decrypter.

  3. ... to elaborate, you can use DVD Decryptor to read an ISO image and then write it back - alternatively, you could probably just use the software that came with your recorder or any other burning software to do the job as the disc is not copy protected if it's on a DVD-R.

In fact if you use your burner software it's probably a two click job - like clicking on "disc copy" and clicking "write".

Be warned that if you're using Nero, for some reason disc copy seems to make the copy "grow", so if the DVD-R you want to copy is close to the maximum capacity it might give you problems doing a disc to disc using a DVD-ROM and a writer.

You can get around this by selecting the writer as the source drive, using that to read the disc buffering it to the hard disk in your PC, and then swapping the "original" for a blank.

    Job done.

You need to change region everytime you insert a new region DVD.. but you can change this only 4 time so be carefull !

  6. Ehrm....

You DO NOT need to set the region if you burn a DVD-R. First of all a DVD-R (as source in this case) is most likely region free, if the source IS region protected DVD-Decrypter will surely remove this. You only need to set the region of your DVD-player/recorder if you want to PLAY a specific region. If your player is set to Region 1 and you want to play region 2 dvd's this requires you to change the region setting of your dvd-player/recorder. THIS you can do only 5 times (Unless you have/make it region free)
