    Is there any software out there that can do NTSC descrambling and supports an ATi A-I-W card? I found a bunch for PAL but nada for NTSC.

    I think what you are asking for is illegal to use (but maybe not to posess). I'm not a legal expert.

    Don't expect anything good to come out of this request.
