HI,
I have ripped a bunch of DVD down to the "one CD" level with Forty Two. the quality is amazing, but every now and then theres a green line to the left or at the bottom when viewing with VLC. With Mplayer the line goes away so I wasn't to worried about it, but recently I have wanted to view my movies on an XP laptop. So i downloaded VLC and the lines have returned...what gives? any clue to what makes these lines? or is there a player for XP that with not show them?
thanks for any help.

Have you tried with WMP and the divx codec installed? It should work with that, and might not display the glitch.
I like systems, their application excepted. (George Sand, translated from French), "J'aime beaucoup les systèmes, le cas d'application excepté."
