Not sure about VCD's but I am able to do xSVCD by encoding with one track, demuxing and then encoding a nother copy with the second track. Then I take teh 2 audio tracks and mux them using BBMPEG. Takes some time but it works

aznguy,
This topic has been discussed many times before and if you search the forum, I'm sure you'll find a lot of information.
In summary though, for a standard VCD, you can only have two mono languages, one on the left channel and one on the right. To do this, you will have to extract the relevant languages from the original DVD, convert them to WAV, make each one mono, and then use an audio editor (e.g., CoolEdit 2000) to create a new stereo WAV file with one language on each channel.
Then, encode it to MP2 and mux it with your video.
For SVCD, you can mux two full stereo channels with your video.
