If I rip a dvd to ISO using DVD Decryptor, can I use Record Now Max to burn the ISO file? I know you can use DVDD to burn the ISO then but for some reason I get an error when DVDD sees my NEC ND-1100A drive.

If not RNM...what other app will burn an ISO....nero?

    Hi !

I was going to post the exact question when I got fed up with DVD Decryptor.

It refused to burn any iso. I changed the DVD Writer lead from a normal 40 pin lead to an 80 pin lead. Everything works beautifullynow. Try this, I'm sure it should work. If not let the forum know and maybe we can help.

  3. Yes, Record Now Max can burn .iso files. From the main screen, select Image, then Add File..

You have to change the filetype in the dropdown box to be able to "see" the file, but otherwise you can burn a .iso file with no problem.

Just as s_lipowitz said the default file is Global-Image just change it to all files of ISO in the [Files of Type:] drop-down on the [Add File] browser and burn away. I burn most projects as ISO after I have viewed and tested the image.

Or you can mount the iso in daemontools as a virtual drive and do a cd-to-cd copy and you can eliminate any possible read errors you may get from doing the above mentioned. just a suggestion
