From what I have read DVDSP is pretty
compatible with Final Cut. However,
I have Adobe Premiere and After Effects.
(also DVDSP 1.5)
I am trying to make animated menus,
well i am making animated menus
using after effects and premiere,
but can't figure out how to set them
up so that they can be imported into
DVDSP. I'm rendering the videos at
720x480–do I need to make them that
big? some of my menus are about a GB!
and they're only like 30 seconds long.
I gotta be doing something wrong.
Does anyone know if there is a Mpeg–2
exporter in either AE or Premiere?
If not (i dont think there is) is there some
other file type I could export as that would
be compatible with DVDSP?

email me @ fats414@hotmail.com and I will explain exactly how to do it.

If you're making items for motion menus, do not use mpeg files.
I've been told to use ANIMATION CODEC quicktime movies and make them 320x240 unless the final size displayed on the screen in pixels on the DVD menu is larger than that
