I burn my vcds with VCDEasy and I want to know if what speed I burn it matter on quality? Like when I burn at 40x will it lose quality? Should I burn at 4x or something slower?

What you play a VCD on may be picky. A computer CDrom drive is fine at the max record speed.
I keep around 8X, faster I have seen dropped data on some readers. -
but don't attempt to burn at a slower rate than your drive's min burn speed, it will damage the drive physically.
