    Using 42, I have a great playing .mpg file but when I use VCDToolsX to make it into a .IMG file to burn in Toast, it plays terrible on the DVD player. Bitrate is only 1100. Any ideas what the problem is ?

    Make it a .bin with VCD Tools and drop that into Toast under the VCD option. I would never burn a .IMG, because it doesn't work.
