    yo. just a quick question. which audio format is smaller. ac3 or mp3?

    Well...it depends on the audio bitrate. You can have same...but generally is ac3 bigger. AC3 with 5 channels is usually around 448 kbits on dvds.

    AC3 has a bigger overhead. Even at the same bitrate. AC3 will be bigger.
