Avi with AC3 to SVCD problem

I use TMPGenc to conver the file, and i get audio and vidoe out os sinc
i tried splitting up movie and sound, but i still get the same problem
the sound is about 1.5 sec off.
Can someone please recomend me something?

Use headac3he to process the audio and then encode with tmpgenc. You can find guides on how to do this in the tools section on the left.

but i already used it to change the music file from .ac3 to wav i got like a 700 meg file but when i recorded it it all came out to be the same
music was 1.5 sec ahead of the video
Now i pretty much tried everything here, nothing works
