Everytime I start to encode I get a message that says I ve performed an illegal operation. When I click on the details, it says something about an invalid page fault in KERNEL32.dll. Is there any way I can fix this!?? Please HELP!!

What are you trying to encode, and what is your Direct Show priority set to?
Hello. -
I m trying to encode a avi files but it doesnt matter what I encode. I even tried encoding an mpg file but that didnt even work.
It was set to 1. ....It seemed to encode the avi files when it was on the original setting but the encoded file would be 3 times the needed size. -
Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing ?

I used to get this at random times, it turned out to be caused by SETI@home getting it's next set of data.
Try closing down everything else that is running. Press Ctrl-Alt-Del and close all the tasks in there except explorer and systray.
