  1. Everytime I start to encode I get a message that says I ve performed an illegal operation. When I click on the details, it says something about an invalid page fault in KERNEL32.dll. Is there any way I can fix this!?? Please HELP!!

It was set to 1. ....It seemed to encode the avi files when it was on the original setting but the encoded file would be 3 times the needed size.

I used to get this at random times, it turned out to be caused by SETI@home getting it's next set of data.
Try closing down everything else that is running. Press Ctrl-Alt-Del and close all the tasks in there except explorer and systray.
