    i have looked for ways to convert pal-dvd to ntsc-dvd without results.
    i then decided to rip the dvd with eazyvcd and make a svcd file, which i can then load in ulead moviefactory to author dvd....will the pal-svcd file be converted to ntsc-dvd ? i don't have RW blanks to try out.
    Please advise

    You did not say that the method that you used with Eazy Vcd worked or not ?

    i tried to convert to vcd format and that worked, however the quality was not up to the mark. I was wondering if converting to svcd the quality would be better. i tried it but when i saw it selected pal-svcd in tmpgenc i stopped. please advise.
