Why are the best things things in life cost the most money?
Who stole the rest of my Signature, Own up, it was you, yeah you, thats it I am gonna come over there and .......... -
This question has been asked many times before.
You asked about four choices but you will get six or more different programs for answers. You will not get a single resounding answer.
Everyone has different opinions.
It's great to have so many Good choices.
Today I prefer DVD2one but I think DVDshrink will improve soon (2 months) and eventually take my #1 spot.
Have you read all the posts that ask the same? -
My opinion is this:
DVD2ONE - for speed and convenience, use this as I have nothing but good results from this
DVDShrink - Seems good, but the one time I used it the movie came out choppy, so I don't use this anymore. But this is free.
InstantCopy - Best results hands down, but the time thing sucks. I have just learned how to do movie-only backup using IC w/o the registry hack and DVD Toolbox and this is freaking awesome, but it still takes about 1 to 2 hours to run the movie only through...
DVD95Copy - never used and just couldn't bring myself to pay for another program...
But like K2 said, everybody is going to have a different opinion on this, so I suggest trying then all, then using the one that works best for you...Use what works for you... -
yep, I agree with the other two guys cos you will get such a variation in answers and it will probably end up being a flame war
so it's best you try them all and decide for yourself and see whether the time and effort is worth the end result
you say you want good quality, so if time and effort ain't an issue then IC is the one for you
and if you want to get the job done with less effort try this hybrid method I created using IC & DVD95Copy HERE and enjoy awesome movie title quality along with 4.37GB outputs 8)
feel free to browse the rest of the site to get more tips and info regarding IC and DVD95Copy etc -
As the others said you will get a mixed response. In my opinion if its Quality your after stirp out the menus and all that other crap and go for a Movie only back,if re-encoding a movie only back up then i would say CCE.
If you want extras and all that other stuff well....... mmmmm i cant really say,as im a movie only person.
But as always with this type of question then answer will always be a mixed result and in the end its down to you.
