does anyone know why and if there is a work around for; when i encode with cce 2.64 in vbr the time codes for the .mpv file are way off. when i encode in cbr they come out perfect. of course multi-plexing fixes the header and the complete system file is of the correct time, but when using ifoedit and creating vobs the time code is off. even if the file is itvc, then run thru pulldown or encoded at 29.970. have tried every setting in vbr with no luck,. the audio however is always in perfect synch.
anyone know whats up with this????
