Is there a proggie that will let me cut a vob.

Hi,

I have this large Vob file that only has a few minutes of movie that I want to keep. Now have I been looking for a vob cutting tool but I can't find it.
Womble can import the vob but then my sound is gone
I'm looking for a proggie that wil have a gui that enables me to keep a part of the vob. Or a proggie where I can strip the vob so I can cut the audio and film in tempenc or womble. If I have to author again that is no prob but I need a stripping or cutting proggie for sound and film.

I have tried vobedit but then I need a proggie that will allow me to cut the sound and the film at the same time.
Womble doesn't want to imort ac3 and tmpgenc said illigal ac3 blah blah blah. There must be a way so that I can take a small fragment of an existing vob and cut this up. PLease advise me or show me a faq/ guide where this is explained.

I would rather not change the ac3 to another format but maybe that is the only option
